Best Strength Exercises to Follow Body Muscle Building Fast!

These are great strength exercises to build body muscle, I put this workout together to do one week out of the month. This is a base workout for those muscle gaining secrets, the secret is Hard Work! This example is simply a week, but for any long-term success this needs to be applied for months on a regular basis. All of the exercises I have listed before are power moving exercises, they should be done with good form.

Shoot for 3 sets of 6-8 reps on each exercise as a one week workout.

Monday: Chest, Triceps

Bench Press - Works the chest, triceps.

DB Flies - Works the chest area.

Skull Crushers - For the triceps.

Tuesday: Legs, Calves and Abs

Squats - Works the entire lower body.

Deadlifts - Works most of the back and hamstrings. Make sure your form is good.

Calves Press - Works the calves Crunches -

Works the core and abdominal muscles. Do these with and without the medicine ball.

Thursday: Back, and Biceps

Bent Over Rows - Works the back and biceps. Make sure your form is good.

Lat Pull Downs - Works the lat muscles on the back.

DB Bicep Curls - Works the biceps and forearm muscles. The trick here is to only concetrate on your biceps.

Saturday: Shoulders

DB Shoulder Press - Works the front deltoids and shoulders.

Arnold Press- Works all front, side, and back deltoids.

Up-right Rows- Works Traps and shoulders, for the big and bulky look!

DB Shrugs - Works the traps and shoulders.
